HEAD CHEF

We are on the hunt for a talented and enthusiastic Head Chef to join the team
at The Bournbrook Inn to take us to the next level. After an extensive refurbishment in 2020, and with a growing reputation for quality food, we are seeking the perfect candidate to help us continue to grow.
Here you will have the opportunity to unleash your creative side by having the free rein to create your own menu using seasonal ingredients and changing and adapting whenever you like.
Proven experience is essential, along with the willingness to work with the team to always strive to take the food offering to a new and exciting level.
As the Head Chef, you will need to have creative flair and get a real kick out of a busy service, providing exceptional food for our customers whilst being busy and under pressure.
You will be responsible for confidently running the kitchen working to the high standards in place.

SOUS CHEF
FULL TIME
